We use NZ Couriers or Post Haste for 95% of our deliveries within New Zealand.
This means most parcels will be delivered within 1-2 working days. If you haven't received your order within that time or would like to know the progress of your shipment you can track it from the shipping confirmation you were emailed via the tracking link provided - this will re-direct you to the Couriers website and give you up to date information on your delivery progress.
You can also sign in to your customer account and select the order in question, here you will find a tracking link you can click on - this will also redirect you the tracking page of the Courier used for your delivery.
